Access to the Scenarist LLC digital infrastructure and professional authoring resources is governed by the following industrial-grade stipulations. By interacting with this portal, you acknowledge the proprietary nature of UHD/Blu-ray mastering technology.
Acceptance & Scope
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Licensee" or "User") and Scenarist LLC. These terms govern your use of scenarist-llc.com and any associated software downloads, technical documentation, or support portals.
1.0 Professional Utilization Only
The Scenarist authoring suite and this web environment are designed exclusively for industrial video producers, disc authors, and studio operations managers. By utilizing these resources, you represent that you are engaged in professional commercial media production and possess the requisite technical knowledge to operate within BDA (Blu-ray Disc Association) specifications.
Unauthorized access to secure licensing portals or tampering with hardware dongle verification protocols is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination of service and potential legal action under the DMCA and relevant international intellectual property laws.
2.0 Licensing & Software Access
All software provided via Scenarist LLC is subject to a separate End User License Agreement (EULA). This website acts as a gateway for license management, including subscription renewals and perpetual license validation.
- Licenses are workstation-locked via physical USB dongle or hardware ID.
- Redistribution of Scenarist UHD or Scenarist BD binaries is a violation of international copyright.
- Users are responsible for maintaining secondary backups of project assets and Scenarist Solution Databases.
Proprietary Assets & Protections
Mastering Technology Patents
The software suites available through Scenarist LLC, including but not limited to Scenarist UHD, Scenarist BD, and Scenarist SD, contain patented algorithms for TS Muxing, Seamless Branching, and Multi-path mastering. All visual designs, logic flows, and technical documentation are the exclusive property of Scenarist LLC.
Trademarks
"Scenarist," the Scenarist logo, and "UHD Blu-ray Authoring for Professionals" are trademarks of Scenarist LLC. Usage of these marks without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Standard Operating Constraints
In order to maintain the integrity of the professional mastering network, users must adhere to strict operational protocols when engaging with Scenarist LLC services.

Limitation of Technical Liability
Scenarist LLC provides software and support "As-Is" and "As-Available." While our tools are the industry standard for BD/UHD creation, we cannot guarantee that the output will meet all specific third-party replication facility requirements without rigorous internal QC by the user.
In no event shall Scenarist LLC be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, disc manufacturing defects, or mastering errors. The maximum liability of Scenarist LLC for any claim related to service usage shall not exceed the amount paid for the current subscription term.
Governing Law
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights will be the state and federal courts located in the Northern District of California.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Scenarist User Dashboard or directly via registered email contact info.
Survival
Provisions relating to Intellectual Property and Limitations of Liability shall survive the termination or expiration of any licensing agreement.
